How do we quote and work?
You describe the problem by phone or with the short form. We then give a written quote that lists the work and the parts, so you can compare it with any other quote. Nothing should be a surprise on the day.
Springs and cables are handled by trained technicians only, and we do not tell homeowners to do that work themselves. After any repair, the door is checked for balance, smooth travel and working safety sensors. If replacement is the better choice, we explain why and you decide.
